No Cancellation Guarantee on Pre-Orders

Once a pre-order is placed and payment is successfully processed, Vegas Singles guarantees that your order will not be canceled by us. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in product availability, supplier issues, or pricing adjustments. The only exceptions would be very extreme circumstances including acts of God or a complete shutdown in the supply chain.

What This Means for You:

• Your order is locked in: Once we’ve processed your payment, your pre-order is secure.
• No surprises: We will never revoke or cancel your paid pre-order due to internal decisions.
• Peace of mind: You can count on receiving the product you paid for, as promised.
  

Our Pre-order Price Promise

We know it can be frustrating when you pre-order a product and see the price drop before it even comes out. That’s why we’ve got you covered with our Pre-order Price Promise.

If our price for a product goes down any time before the official release, you’ll get the difference between what you paid and what we're selling it for back in store credit.

Your store credit will be added to your account around the time the product ships.

This promise applies to prices specifically on our store (not third-party sellers).

It’s our way of saying thanks for shopping early and making sure you always get the best price on our preorders.
